“American Chopper” star Paul Teutul Sr.’s home is in foreclosures.
Teutul won a warning that he used to be “in peril of losing his house” in August 2017 and now he is due to seem in court on March 21, per a court bought through Web Page Six.
He took out a $1.5 million loan for the home on 95 Judson Street in 2005 and changed the loan in 2013 and 2016 to decrease his per thirty days payments. The Orange County Choppers owner owed $870,99.43 at the assets as of February 2017.
He positioned the 38-acre property on the marketplace, but recently slashed the price from $2.89 million to $2.49 million.
