KABUL, Afghanistan — Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani is calling at the Taliban to participate in peace talks to “save the country.”

Ghani spoke Wednesday on the 2nd Kabul Process Conference attended via representatives from more than 20 international locations and global businesses.
